If I had to score this exceptional Leaside location and the rental they would both be 5 Star.

The well appointed, new kitchen was a bonus and it was easy to find everything I needed.

The bed was so comfortable I asked for the name of the manufacturer and was pleased to learn it was Canadian made. Nice touch to buy local.

The location was perfect, with a choice of either of 2 bus routes within 2 or 3 blocks away, allowing me to leave my car parked. This saved the hassle of traffic jams and the high cost of downtown parking.

This quiet neighbourhood was great to come home to and my sleep was never disturbed by traffic noise. I will return someday and won’t hesitate to recommend it to others.

The entire home was so pristine and I loved the decor. Everything was so comfortable. A lot of the little touches inside the home from toiletries to shopping bags and more..There is an office upstairs and the WiFi worked great! We had a rental car and there was street parking available all the time right in front of the house. The home is located in one of the best neighborhoods in Toronto. It was so quiet and lovely just being there.

Do you accept lease terms less then 12 months?

Absolutely, we understand that one size does not fit all. Our attitude is why force you to accommodate to our terms, let’s make the terms work for everyone. Prices work on a sliding scale, the shorter the term the higher the monthly amount. Contact us to discuss further.

Who takes care of the grounds?

By default you do, unless you are here under the Corporate – Mobility Expert scenario, which is a turn-key offering and include lawn care and snow removal unless of course that is your thing and you want to do it yourself!

Just say the word and we can set it up to have the lawn taken care of, along with snow removal and will reflect in your monthly amount.

Is there parking?

Yes, there is street parking. The street is not permitted, so no pesky monthly / quarterly permits to purchase form the city.

Utilities - who is responsible and what is the typical cost?

Unless you are here under the Corporate – Mobility Expert scenario you would be responsible for utilities. Average monthly cost runs between $350-$500 depending upon usage.

Laundry - do you have a washer / dryer in the house?

We most certainly do, one of each. Located in the basement of the home, the space is clean and dry.
